All information submitted will be treated with the highest level of confidentiality and used solely to assess your eligibility. Our review process is designed to be thoughtful, respectful, and aligned with our organizational values.

Here is what to expect:
Submitting your application is the first step toward joining our Holistic Practitioner Registry. Once reviewed, eligible applicants will be invited to an interview.
If moving forward, you’ll be asked to complete a background and vulnerable sector check, then provide a sample therapeutic session to demonstrate your approach. You’ll also take part in a required training session to ensure alignment with our values, standards, and practices.
After successfully completing all steps, you’ll be officially added to the Registry.
We are committed to a trauma-informed, inclusive, healing-centered, and non-judgmental process that honours diverse healing traditions and lived experience. Your insight and resilience are vital in creating safer, more responsive spaces for healing and community care. If you feel comfortable sharing your experience, it helps us offer the right support and opportunities that align with your strengths and boundaries.
